SURROUNDINGS

Dream surroundings, enough to satisfy all tastes, since the beautifulls Maestrazgo villages, as Morella, Forcall, Mirambel, La Iglesuela del Cid, Cantavieja etc, to the coast where we can find the neighbouring places as Peñiscola and Benicássim. Extraordinary importance for the fauna lovers is the river Ebro mouth, for the people kind of scuba-diving the proximity of the natural restricted access park of Columbretes Islands with excursions from the sporting port and for the enthusiasts of golf, two fields in the proximity.

BEACHES

With more than 10 km of littoral coast, Alcoceber is plentiful of beaches and relaxing calas surrounded of green rich vegetation terraces. From north to south of littoral, we find first the wild spots of rocks and pine trees of Archilaga and Pla de Roda, Cala Mundina, with his modern lighthouse, Cala Blanca, the rocks of Las Fuentes, with his cusy beach and the sporting port. After the primitive village of Alcoceber, the big beach of the Carregador. The roch Martí limit with the adjoining La Romana, of fantastic natural beauty and crystalline waters, Playa del Moro, following a natural gravel littoral till we arrive to the Cap i Corb, with the San Antonio Church and a nice-looking old tower.

APARTMENT

The flat is distributed in a matrimony room with its own toilet, with two beds in bunk, full toilet, living-romm with sofa bed, full equipment kitchen, flat roof with sporting port sights and parking. It is clasificated as a 4/6 persons flat. In the neighbouring shopping centre, restaurants, fitness and massage centre, chemist“s shop, riding, swimming pool ( optional ), tennis, paddle and pelota court and nautical sports.

HOW TO GET TO ALCOCEBER

Exit junction 44 ( Torreblanca - Alcossebre ) off the main A7 Motorway and turn left onto the National Road 340. After 4 Kms, you will see the sign for Alcossebre on your rigth hand side. Alcala de Xivert“s Railway Station is only 10 Kms away. There are continuous busses between Alcalá and Alcoceber, where arrives busses from Castellón, Benicarló and Oropesa. Valencia Airport is only a 126 Kms driving distance.

COMMON SERVICES TO ALL THE APARTMENTS

Including the price: Basic Menaje of kitchen, water, gas, electricity and cleaning of entrance.Television.

Conditioned air in Costa Azahar, Alcoceber Suites, Tres Carabelas y Solymar 35 euros/week. Solymar y Poblado Marinero previous advice. Poblado Marinero 50 euros/week ( two splits ). We admit domestic animals ( 40 euros ) previous advice and damage“s replacement.

Collection of keys in office of 17 to 20 hours. Exit of the apartments before the 10 h. in the morning.

RESERVE

The reserve of apartments will be made effective at the reception“s amount ( 25% of the total amount). The mode of payment will be by banking transference to our accounts.

CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION

In the cases of reserve cancellation, the company will retain for indemnification :

25% of total amount when the cancellation takes place with an advance of more than 15 days for the occupation of the lodging.
50% of total amount when it is made with an advance between 2 days and less than 7 days.
The 75% of total amount when the cancellation takes place with less than 2 days of advance.
The last 24 hours or not shows, 100% of total booked.
