COMMON SERVICES TO ALL THE APARTMENTS


Including the price: Basic Menaje of kitchen, water, gas, electricity and cleaning of entrance. Laundry at home.

Rent of TV (30 euros/week) and in some complexes of seat of parking (50 euros/week). Rent of bed clothes (5 euros/week) and towels (4 euros/game-week). Conditioned air (40 euros/week). Cradles (40 euros/week). Auxiliary bed (45 euros/week).

Collection of keys in office of 17 to 20 hours. Exit of the apartments before the 10 h. in the morning. We admit domestic animals ( 30 euros ) and damage´s replacement.

RESERVE

The reserve of apartments will be made effective at the reception´s amount (of the order of 25% of the total amount). The mode of payment will be by banking transference to our accounts.

CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION

In the cases of reserve cancellation, the company will refund to the client the received sum as advance payment being able to retain for indemnification and except for the demonstrable case of greater force of the client:

  1. 10% of this advance payment when the cancellation takes place with an advance of more than thirty days for the occupation of the lodging.
  2. 50% when it is made with an advance of more than 7 days and less than 30 days.
  3. The 100% when the cancellation takes place with less than 7 days of advance.
The obligation will stop to reserve the lodging, with the loss of the advance payment given in its case, when not outside occupied the apartment within the 48 h following to the day fixed for it, unless within this term the client to confirm his arrival and this to me takes place before the amount of the lodging by the passed days exceeds the quantity of the given signal.
